Turkiston Palace hosted Sublimation Festival on 10 and 11 October. Its programme paired electronic music with live vocals and traditional ensembles.
The announced collaborations included Saya Musa with a youth choir, Doppi Twins with the Khorezm ensemble Ojiza Izdoshlari, and Sabinē with Farangiz Ensemble.
The international bill listed Nooriyah, KAS:ST and CREAM SODA. Kazakhstan’s scene featured through Nazira and DJ AKEE, who was scheduled to play alongside IANIIIRON.
Sila Sveta developed the visual concept, designing lighting and multimedia around the palace’s architecture. The programme was split between two stages, NUR and TURON.
